Your Data, Handled Straight

What we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you stay in control.

Last updated: October 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Rank2Reach Marketing collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit rank2reach.com (the “Site”), contact us, or use our marketing services.

Rank2Reach Marketing is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Rahul Aggarwal, with its place of business at 238, 2nd Floor, Janta Flats, Paschim Puri, New Delhi 110063, India. In this policy, “Rank2Reach”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Rank2Reach Marketing and its proprietor. We are the business responsible for the personal information described here.

We are based in India and serve businesses in the United States and Canada. This policy is written to meet Indian law and the United States federal and state laws that apply to us.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

When you fill out a contact, audit or lead form, email us, call us or message us, we collect what you choose to share. This may include:

  • Your name, email address and phone number
  • Your business name and website URL
  • The service you are interested in, your monthly advertising budget range and the content of your message
  • Any other details you include about your business, advertising accounts or marketing goals

Please do not send us passwords, bank details, card numbers or government ID numbers through the Site forms. We do not need them to respond to an enquiry.

Information collected automatically

When you browse the Site, we and our analytics and advertising partners collect limited technical information, such as:

  • Pages visited, the referring website, and the date and time of your visit
  • Device type, browser type, operating system and approximate location (city or region) derived from your IP address
  • Your IP address, which our hosting provider records in standard server logs for security and troubleshooting
  • Advertising click identifiers (for example, a Google Ads click ID) and actions on the Site such as form submissions and phone number clicks

Information from client engagements

If you become a client, you may give us access to your advertising, analytics and business profile accounts, such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Google Business Profile. We ask for delegated access through each platform’s user or manager settings. We do not ask for your account passwords. We use this access only to deliver the services you have engaged us for.

We also collect billing details needed to invoice you, such as your business name, billing address and tax registration number. Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

Information we do not seek

We do not knowingly collect health information, biometric data, or information about race, religion, caste, sexual orientation or political opinions through the Site.

2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. These are the tools in use:

  • Google Tag Manager, which loads our measurement tags.
  • Google Analytics 4, which helps us understand how visitors use the Site. Google explains how it uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
  • Google Ads conversion tracking, which tells us when an ad click leads to an enquiry or a call, so we can measure and improve our own advertising.
  • Google Ads remarketing, which lets us show our ads on Google and its partner sites to people who have visited the Site.

Google may set its own cookies and process data under its own privacy policy.

Your choices. You can:

Do Not Track. Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common standard for how websites should respond to it, and the Site does not currently change its behaviour when it receives one. Please use the choices listed above.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your enquiry and prepare free audits, proposals or quotes
  • To deliver, manage and report on the services you engage us for
  • To send invoices and service-related messages
  • To send occasional marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time
  • To measure and improve the Site and our own advertising
  • To detect spam, fraud and abuse, and to keep the Site secure
  • To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations and to enforce our Terms and Conditions

Our basis for using it. We use the information you submit through a form on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit it for the purpose stated at the form. We use client information to perform our agreement with you. We use technical and security data because we have a legitimate interest in running a safe and working website. We keep certain records because the law requires it.

We do not use your personal information to make automated decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on you.

4. How We Contact You

When you submit a form or contact us, you ask us to get back to you. We may reply by:

  • Phone call to the number you provided
  • Email
  • Text message (SMS) or WhatsApp

Our calls and messages are made by members of our team about your enquiry or your account.

We may record calls for quality and training. We will tell you at the start of the call if it is being recorded.

How to stop. You can opt out at any time:

We act on opt-out requests promptly and within 10 business days at the latest. Opting out of marketing does not stop messages needed to deliver a service you are paying for, such as invoices and account alerts.

Giving consent to marketing calls or texts is not a condition of buying any service from us. Message and data rates may apply to text messages.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not give it to other companies for their own marketing.

We share personal information only with:

  • Service providers who help us run our business, such as web hosting, email and communication tools, customer relationship management software, payment processing and accounting. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Analytics and advertising platforms, such as Google and Meta, for conversion measurement and advertising as described in section 2, and for clients, to run campaigns on your behalf.
  • Professional advisers, such as our accountants and lawyers, under a duty of confidentiality.
  • Government and legal authorities, when the law requires it, or when needed to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
  • A successor business, if Rank2Reach is sold, merged or transferred. The new owner must continue to honour this policy for information already collected.

Advertising cookies and US state laws. The advertising cookies described in section 2 send information such as your click identifier and pages visited to Google. Some US state privacy laws describe this kind of disclosure as “sharing” or “targeted advertising”, even when no money changes hands. You can opt out using the choices in section 2.
